Ending 2025 With Big News: IRNAS Joins DEWESoft

As we approach the end of 2025, we are excited to share an important milestone in the journey of IRNAS.

DEWESoft has acquired a 51% controlling stake in IRNAS.

As part of this step, we will continue our work under a new name, DEWESoft RealTime d.o.o., becoming the DEWESoft group’s center for real-time applications and advanced control systems.This marks a significant new chapter for our team—one that builds directly on the expertise, projects, and partnerships we have developed over the years.

 

Why This Step Matters

By becoming part of the DEWESoft group, DEWESoft RealTime gains access to a broader engineering ecosystem, deeper system-level know-how, and long-term organizational stability.

We see this step as a way to end the year on a strong note, ensuring continuity for today while building a solid foundation for the future.

What This Means for Our Product Technologies

Until now, several product technologies incubated at IRNAS, such as Hummble / KORUZA, have been developed within IRNAS. As we transition into its new role within the DEWESoft group, these incubated product initiatives are being moved into a newly established company, IRNAS Technologies d.o.o.

This change does not affect the products themselves. The technology, roadmap, development priorities and long-term vision behind these solutions all remain exactly the same.

The new structure provides a clearer and more focused home for product development, partnerships, and long-term support, while ensuring full continuity for existing customers and collaborators.
