IRNAS and USE-Ing. tie up collaboration to build better, user-centred devices

USE-Ing. and IRNAS are today announcing the official establishment of their partnership. The two companies have agreed to join forces to create and promote building of well thought-through, sustainable and durable solutions, based around users’ needs and work processes. Both companies together cover a wide range of industries and sectors, from consumer, to industry, medical, security and more.

An interdisciplinary research & design team consisting of usability engineers, psychologists, HMI- and UX-designers with years of experience in the field represents the core of USE-Ing. – understanding users in their diverse professional lives and the challenges they have with technology which is originally there to help and support. “Partnership with IRNAS allows USE-Ing to provide a more agile and reliable solution creation process” says Marcus Jenke, the CEO of USE-Ing. “The experienced collaboration with such a highly professional and motivated team allows us to focus more on overcoming the challenges of designing the most usable and delightful user interaction without having headaches about stumbling over the technical implementation on the way. The true user acceptance only remains in the long term if cleverly conceived ergonomics and usability endure and reside in the final product on the market.”

The unique combination of in-house manufacturing and multi-disciplinary engineering experts with extensive experience in building devices with rapid prototyping methods allows IRNAS to build cost-effective and time-optimised solutions for various industries. Solution design enabling intuitive user experience vastly increases the satisfaction and product success. “Partnership with USE-Ing. allows IRNAS to deliver a better development service altogether.” says Luka Banović, Product Development Lead at IRNAS. “Working in tandem with a company that specializes in working with the users at such a profound level as USE-Ing. does, makes our lives as product design house much easier. Well thought-out products live longer and don’t become obsolete so quickly. This is perfectly aligned with IRNAS’ vision and values, not simply making more devices, but let the ones that are put out there be relevant as long as possible and create most added value this way.”

Both companies are based in Europe but offer their products and services to the global market, helping some of the biggest corporations in most demanding fields introduce most innovative solutions.
